Girly Dress Happy Birthday Card

I was so excited to get my Dress Up Framelits!  I have seen so many cute ideas on Pinterest and even our current issue of Stampin' Success.  Lucky for me, my new This and That Bundle arrived today, so I decided to play with the beautiful papers and my framelits!

Here are some of the items I got out, including the current issue of Stampin' Success, to help inspire me.  Once I started playing, I decided I wanted to keep it clean, so I put back the embossing folder and embosslits.  I had to switch stamp sets too, since I didn't have enough space on my card for the one I was originally going to use.

I distressed the little punched flowers by rolling them up in a ball and then separating them into two flowers by using my fingernail to break apart the fibers.

Sneak Peek of my This and That Bundle!  I love everything in this pack!!  The book is beautiful and has so many pretty papers inside.  There is a pocket in the front with two already assembled envelopes just waiting to go in my book.  There is another pocket in the back that I will probably store my fabulous sticker pack in.
It's hard to believe that I got all of that, plus the Epic Day Designer Series Paper, for only $32.08!!  To order, just go to my website and it is item number 133350.

Have a creative weekend!!

Get Whale Card and Video

I was playing around with my Oh, Whale stamp set from the Spring Mini Catalog and decided I wanted to make a Get Well card for a child.  I wanted to make it bright and cheery to make someone feel better.  I love the fun colors in the Sunshine & Sprinkles Designer Series Paper!

Here are some of the supplies I got out to help inspire me.  I actually used all of them!

It's not the best quality, but here is a short video explaining how to use the pinwheel die.  Everyone was sleeping, so I had to be really quiet and use my webcam.  :)

Thanks for checking out my blog and have a fabulous weekend!!

Finished my Scrapbook Page from Convention Last Year!

Okay... one nice thing about cleaning your craft room is that you find all sorts of lost treasures!  One of these was my unfinished scrapbook page from last years Convention.  I'm sure most of you have seen this page before, but I wanted to show you that I did finish something.  :)

I love Stampin' Up!'s divided page protectors and this page is perfect for them!  A few of the embellishments are on the outside of the protector, which is kind of cool.

My old style punch storage... I have a chair to access, since I'm so short.  :)

Hope I've inspired some of you to get your craft rooms and/or closets in order.  Now I get to feel free to create!

Have a great week!

I'm back and with a clean craft room!!

Sorry I haven't posted anything for a month!  My computer crashed, but my favorite son fixed it for me.  :)  Then my oldest daughter came to town for a visit two weeks ago and I decided to clean and reorganize my craft room last week.

I want to show you pictures of what my poor craft room looked like before...  Are you ready?

I'm actually really proud of myself because... I finished reorganizing my craft room and closet today!!  That means it only took me 4 days!!  Wow!!  I will post those pictures tomorrow, but I did create my first video featuring a look at my fabulous room.  Check it out below and let me know what you think.

On the Stampin' Up! side... I hope you enjoyed Sale-a-bration as much as I did!  I loved all those items they had for FREE!!  Now they have an amazing new line called This and That, which is following the Smash Book craze.  Check it out on my website!  I will continue to update my blog this weekend and hope to post more regularly, now that I have a newly organized craft room.  :)

Happy Spring!!
